Peggy & her baby

Peggy Underwood Chambless and her baby at the hospital, waiting for yet more tests. The latest to add to Mama's ailments...cracked T10 disc and a broken rib. The broken rib is more than likely from coughing too hard for those old, brittle bones, the T10 disc damage is more than likely from osteoporosis.

UPDATE...The day Mama and I went to the doctor for the test results, poor little Peggy ended up in the hospital. The nurse took her blood pressure 3 times. Her blood pressure was so low that the doctor and nurse were perplexed as to why she was still awake and coherent. Mama was immediately admitted into Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. More tests were run and some of her meds were altered. The doctor thinks the culprit might be a med for her congestive heart failure and hypertension. So, yet another wait and see situation. Have no fear, Peggy informed me that she has 3 years left...she plans on leaving us when she is 82, the same age as her sister, Ola Grace, when she passed away. Well, at least I have a timeline to work with!
