Hey, kids,
I hope this email finds each and every one of you happy, healthy, and
safe. As many of you know, I have started an online photo album, in
hopes of helping those who have lost so many memories start rebuilding
their past through pictures.
This particular photo album is geared toward our friends on the MS
Gulf Coast, but I do not want to limit it to the Coast.
If you have any photos that you would like to share, please feel free
to either email them to me, post them to the album
(www.shy-annesocialclub.snapfish.com, you have to contact me for the
access code), or mail them to me. This is a great way to let those
who lost photos to go "shopping" for photos, but it is also a great
way for all of us to FINALLY put our photos in a safe place, just in
case.
If you have specific eras, people, etc. that you would like photos
from, please do not hesitate to give a shout out to me via my email
address or to others through our Snapfish account.
If you cannot print them yourself, please do not hesitate to ask me to
do so. You can place orders through me and I will make sure you get
nice, new photos to hang on those new walls.
Thankfully, we all still have our memories in our heads and hearts,
but I am sure many of you would like to have photos to look at every
once in a while.
Just a warning from this end...I am having technical difficulty with
my printer/scanner so I may not post too many photos at first.
However, I will work out the kinks and get on the ball. Also, Voodoo
Music Fest and the LA Festival & Events Calendar will also be
occupying most of my time for the month of October, but once I get
this out of the way, I will jump on posting photos.
My busy October does not mean that you guys cannot start the ball
rolling. Please contact me for the code and I can walk you through
the procedure of how to post photos.
This is a project that all of us can work on together, in our own
time. If you find yourself sitting in front of the computer, take
5-10 minutes to post a photo or two. You don't know how happy you can
make one person with one photo.
This is an ongoing project, so don't overwhelm yourself. We do not
have to replace everything for everybody today.
If you have any questions or requests, please write or call me. I'm
here for you, friends.
Thanks for your time...hope to see you soon. Don't forget to check
out www.isleofdenial.blogspot.com for updates on living in the
Crescent City and other Gulf Coast adventures. Feel free to send me
updates on your lives and I will add them to the blog.
Also, please send me any and all email addresses of our Gulf Coast
friends. I know I am the Minister of Information, but I am still
lacking in the email address front.
Christmas???? think Christmas, kids! Looks like Change to Eden will
be doing a show around this time...some things don't change! I will
keep you posted on the details...this needs to be our big reunion. I
know that many of us keep in contact via phone and email, but I am in
need of some big hugs, kisses, and dances.
Until then...anyone want to escape reality, get out of town? Come on!
My house is a good hiding spot!!!!
loveyameanit!
